E. & J. Bramley - Prince of Wales Service of Cotmanhay, Ilkeston, Derbyshire was jointly purchased on 26th March 1930 by Trent Motor Traction Company and the Midland General Omnibus Company subsidiaries Dawson's Enterprise Omnibus Co. Ltd. and Williamsons Garage Ltd.

The company ran nine buses on the Cotmanhay-Nottingham service. When purchased, Williamson's took six buses and Trent took the remaining three buses; Williamson's and Trent shared the route.
